To amplify underrepresented voices and champion the importance of accurate representation throughout The Walt Disney Company, my DMED Communications Team and Disney's Diversity and Inclusion team crafted together the 'Reimagine Tomorrow' campaign. Every month, we commemorate various cultures and observances using email communications, social media posts, zoom backgrounds, and digital resources. Here are a few examples of what we did for Women's History Month and Native American Heritage Month. Furthermore, in conjunction with Disney Planet Possible, we collaborated on the design of digital and social media visuals for our Earth Month Celebration.
